tynk.in provides AI-assisted business planning, registration and setup guidance, digital promotion workflows, and physical branding execution support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with security, violate applicable law, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Pricing for modules (publish, promotions, physical branding, and other paid features) is presented in-product or on pricing pages and may be updated over time.
Platform code, branding, and proprietary workflows remain property of tynk.in. You retain rights to your business inputs and approved outputs, subject to these terms.
The platform provides guidance and execution tools but does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services. Government scheme eligibility is subject to official policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tynk.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
